What the service does
We turn a recording into a transcript separated by speaker, in 17 languages with speaker labelling and automatic detection beyond that.
Automatic transcription makes mistakes, particularly with overlapping speech, heavy accents and poor audio. Check anything you intend to quote.
Credits and payment
Credits are bought in packs and do not expire. One credit covers one recording of up to 2 hours; a longer recording uses more than one.
There is no subscription and nothing renews. If a transcription fails on our side, the credit is returned.
What you are responsible for
That you have the right to upload the recording and to have it transcribed — consent from the people in it, where consent is what applies.
The service is not certified for any specific regulatory regime, and we make no HIPAA compliance claim. If your work requires a certification, this is not the right tool for it.
Availability
This is a small service run by a small team. We do not promise an uptime figure. If it is down, it is being fixed.
