01Is my coaching session data private?

Yes. Your recordings are processed through encrypted connections and deleted from our servers after transcription is complete. We never sell your data, and none of our AI providers use your content to train their models.

02How accurate is AI transcription?

TalkLog delivers 95%+ accuracy with automatic speaker diarization — each line is labeled as Coach or Client with precise timestamps. We support English, Russian, and Ukrainian.

03What audio and video formats can I upload?

TalkLog accepts all common formats including MP3, MP4, WAV, M4A, WebM, OGG, and more. Just drag your file into the upload zone — no conversion needed.

04How long does transcription take?

Most coaching sessions under 60 minutes are transcribed and analyzed in 2–5 minutes. Longer recordings may take slightly more time.

05What does the AI analysis include?

After transcription, TalkLog generates a session summary covering key themes, client goals, breakthroughs, and suggested next steps. You can edit everything before exporting.

06Can I export transcripts and reports?

Yes. Export your transcript and AI analysis as PDF, Word (DOCX), or plain text. All exports include speaker labels and timestamps for professional documentation.

07Is there a free plan?
